ON THIS DAY IN HISTORY - 10th FEBRUARY On This Day in 1840, Queen Victoria and Prince Albert married in the Chapel Royal, St James' Palace, London. The two of them were a young couple madly in love. Hard to picture Victoria as a young woman who has plenty of needs, or in fact Prince Albert as a young man with some really kinky needs, they were, once upon a time. They spent their entire wedding night making very strange noises in their bedroom. Probably totally coincidental, but the night after their wedding, Queen Victoria spent it lying down with a very bad headache. Although, she did write a letter to Albert, by way of her diary, conveying her thoughts and feelings. I NEVER, NEVER spent such an evening!
